The Bengal Nagpur Railways, BNR, for short was known for its delectable cuisine. The ‘Dining Car’ boasts of the signature dishes of the original BNR Menu, like Roast chicken, Baked Tomato Fish and Tipsy Pudding as well as a host of dishes which were a part of the Raj. Besides the signature dishes, the restaurant has a multi cuisine menu offering Indian, Oriental and Western cuisines. The Restaurant also has some truly extraordinary photographs of the special train built for the Prince and Princess of Wales during their visit in 1905.
